When is it time to go to court?

4F9BA3DF-D0AC-48C5-A00F-BB4EE23E39C8There are many sites out here talking about when you should take someone to court. I’m going to focus on what time does court start and end during a trial.

During trial, court generally starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends by 5:00 p.m., but will vary depending on the circumstances of the trial. There is typically a short morning break, a lunch break, and a short afternoon break at some point each day of the trial.

If you plan on going to court, I suggest these times on weekdays and non federal holidays.

Please call me for a free consult and I will be happy to take you to court!
